Smile Care Savings Plan is NOT INSURANCE, but rather a licensed dental savings plan that’s offered through your local dental office. Unlike traditional dental insurance that’s filled with red tape, Smile Care features no waiting periods, maximums, exclusions or claims process. In exchange for a low annual membership fee starting at only $99.00 per year, Smile Care members receive 10-50% off all services at a growing community of 250+ dental offices across Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Michigan, New York, Ohio, and Pennsylvania.
Smile Care is very affordable and will almost always pay for itself in only one visit to the dentist.

Smile Care auto-renews every 12 months unless you notify your participating dental office or membersy (plan administrator) that you would like to discontinue your membership. Members receive annual renewal notifications via direct mail, email and a courtesy phone call.

Since Smile Care has no waiting periods, exclusions or maximums, you can utilize your membership immediately after enrolling and as much as needed while you're a member. If you would like to use your membership prior to your member ID cards arriving in the mail (7-10 days), simply mention you’re a member when visiting your participating dental office and they will verify your eligibility real-time and apply the member-only discounts to your treatment plan.

To maintain optimal oral health, the American Dental Association (ADA) recommends regular dental visits, at intervals determined by your dentist. The frequency of your regular dental visits should be tailored by your dentist to accommodate for your current oral health status and health history.
Smile Care features an annual membership term and will auto-renew at the end of its respective term unless you notify your participating dental office or membersy (program administrator) that you would like to discontinue your membership prior to your renewal date.
Yes, you can add dependents to your membership anytime by logging into the online member portal or by calling (877) 545-4188, Monday through Friday, from 8:00am to 6:00pm CST to speak with a dedicated member support specialist.
You will receive your new member welcome kit in the mail within 7-10 days from when you enroll. Your welcome kit will include a member welcome letter, copy of your member terms and conditions, and 2 member ID cards with all participating member names illustrated.
Note: If you’re a new member and didn’t receive your member welcome kit in the mail or a current member and you've lost your member ID cards, please call (888) 562-0281 to speak with a dedicated member support specialist. We will be happy to mail you a set of replacement ID cards at no additional charge.

Members in good standing with their annual membership fee are eligible to receive transparent, member-only discounts from the normal retail fees that participating offices typically charge self-pay patients for dental services rendered. Plan details and member savings are exclusive to participating offices and may vary by location. Membersy does not make payments directly to dental providers for services rendered to plan members. Members are obligated to pay for all dental services but will receive a discount on services rendered by participating dental providers.
